Pick up Orders
Orders may be picked up at our store in Atlanta during normal business hours or at other times by appointment.

Delivery
We offer personal and corporate delivery services via a courier to the entire Atlanta area. We also offer bulk corporate delivery services to extended areas (usually within 200 miles) - please call for details.

Shipment
Within the lower 48, we use standard ground service. UPS ground service costs $10.75 (commercial address) and $12.75 (residential address) per basket within the continental United States. All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the time we receive the order (unless otherwise specified). Next day and 2nd day delivery are available upon request.

Worldwide
Due to problems with unexpected customs fees, we only ship international packages using YOUR preferred shipper account. There is a $10.00 service charge for boxing, and completion of all required custom documentation.

Address Errors
We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we are given an incorrect or incomplete address. To avoid this problem, double-check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order, including Floor #, Suite #, Mail code (in a large building), correct zip codes and telephone numbers, etc. … please make the extra effort to check your addresses carefully.

Additional Shipping Charges
Some heavy or bulky items require additional shipping charges. These charges can be viewed on the specific product page.
